ZIN
ZIN is a multifunctional project of about 110,000 m² above ground, 75,000 m² of which is office space, 14,000 m² of housing, 16,000 m² of hotel accommodation, leisure areas, hospitality and shops.
ZIN will be fully integrated into its urban ecosystem and will be open to the city. It is a highly innovative project as much for its architecture as for its design and respect for the environment, notably in terms of energy near-neutrality and circularity.
About 70,000 m² of the offices are already pre-let to the Flemish authorities.
The other 5,000 m² are available for lease and features a fully seperate entrance and private terraces.
The project will be fully deliverd by the beginning of 2024.
