FIIS / GBVF

Subject to approval by the FPS Finance, the FIIS/GBVF (specialised real estate investment fund) is subject to specific regulations. The rules imposed include the following:

  • Take the form of a Limited-Liability Company or a Private Company Limited by Shares;
  • An investment limited to real estate;
  • Accounting according to IFRS rules, including marking to market of the portfolio;
  • An annual valuation of the real estate portfolio by independent experts.
