Paradis Express, next right to the Liège Guillemins station, involves the construction of an eco-neighborhood offering a mix of offices (Befimmo), coworking (Silversquare), coliving (Yust) and residential units (Matexi). 

The permit was obtained in April 2018. The works started during the summer of 2019 and are in its final phase. Yust opened its doors in May 2022 while Matexi continues to work on the residential units.

The offices (22.000 m²) are situated in two interlinked buildings, (i) Paradis Esplanade (16.000 m²) and (ii) Paradis Boverie (6.000 m²) which are both 100% pre-let to users such as Silversquare, various corporates and administrations. 

Paradis Express meets the highest quality, innovation and environmental performances standards. The building obtained a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification in the ‘Design’ phase. 

The Paradis Express project was rewarded during the MIPIM 2016. It was selected out of 4 candidates for the "Best Futura Project Award". 230 candidates from 43 countries participated in the 2016 MIPIM Awards.
