Befimmo welcomes FTI Consulting in its Arts 56 building

Renovated in 2020, Befimmo's Arts 56 building continues to attract new tenants. FTI Consulting joins a list of prestigious tenants such as Cushman & Wakefield, the Australian Embassy, the European Money Markets Institute (EMMI) and the European Broadcasting Union (EBU).

ARTS 56, AN ICONIC BUILDING IN THE HEART OF BRUSSELS
Arts 56 is located in one of the most exclusive and dynamic office cluster of Brussels, around the well-known Square de Meeûs. This location is characterised by a high concentration of EU institutions and attracts various prestigious corporate tenants.
This particular part of the Avenue des Arts benefits from a green and breathtaking view of the Brussels city centre and the proximity to one of the busiest shopping areas.
Arts 56 has direct access to all the major routes to circulate around, enter and escape the city. Located at the intersection of the inner ring road and the Rue du Luxembourg, Arts 56 offers very efficient and convenient access by public transport. The Trône metro, bus and shared bike stations are located on the doorstep. The Luxembourg and Central train stations are both within walking distance of the building.
