WTC II: donating of recycled material to contribute to the construction of a new school

This summer, Befimmo participated in a project that is part of its "use of resources" objective. We were able to contribute to the construction of a school by donating recycled materials from the WTC II site to the Brussels Secondary Steinerschool, which is currently building a new secondary school.

Befimmo was thus able to give a new life to 120 metres of cable trays, 60 TL lamps, electrical cables and structures for wall assembly. This collaboration made it possible, on the one hand, to integrate the WTC II project into a logic of circular economy. On the other hand, to proactively reduce the volume of waste on the site.
