A second life for 9 tons of material!

As part of the ongoing renovation of the Brederode Corner building, Befimmo, in collaboration with Rotor DC, has recovered more than 9 tonnes of materials and equipment with the aim of destining them for a second life. These include 70 glass doors, 38 common wall meters, 50 washbasins, and 90 lighting fixtures!

Befimmo has been working with Rotor DC since 2013 with a real desire to stimulate the re-use of building materials and thus support the circular economy. In 5 years of collaboration, no less than 115 tons of materials have been recovered from a total of 10 sites.
